The Sir Charles Tupper Building is a low slung structure with 5 narrow bars set within an expansive landscape in Ottawa’s Confederation Heights. Completed in 1955, as the headquarters for Public Works the building features economical materials and an interlocking floor plan that allows excellent access to natural light within the office spaces.
