These sister towers occupy an entire block near the west edge of Centretown: east-west from Bay St. to Percy St. and north-south from Laurier Ave. W. to Gloucester St.
Each of the long towers occupies a different corner of the narrow site, oriented parallel to each other. The development is completely residential with no commercial or public function on the ground floor, instead, a parking garage spans the entire footprint of the complex. There is a landscaped border that surrounds the buildings, as well as an inhabitable green roof on top of portions of the parking garage, which can be seen from the street. The towers are completely concrete, and open space on both the north and south sides of the buildings certainly give them a presence in the area.
Bronson Place the next block over was developed shortly after the construction of the Queen Elizabeth Towers and follows a similar scheme on its site.
