The Juliana sits at the beginning of Bronson Avenue, and looks out over the Ottawa River. The building is clad in white concrete with large aggregate and grey slate. The interior finishes of the building contributed to its status as one of Ottawa’s finest apartments following its construction in 1963.
The building has 82 units spread across 13 floors, and was the first building to exceed the city’s 34 metre height limit.
