Centennial Public School is nested among a group of concrete residential towers in the downtown core. Bronson Place, Queen Elizabeth Towers, and Bay Laurier Place are just three of the buildings that surround the brick and concrete school. Centennial Public School was built in 1969 and has offered a place of learning for the neighbourhood ever since. The building is clad in red brick, and deals with a significant grade change from Gloucester St. to Nepean St.
