The yellow brick building sits at the corner of Wellington St. and Holland Ave. Originally constructed as a two-storey building with a commercial ground floor and upper office space, an additional three storeys were quickly added in the 1960s. In the late 1990s, the building was converted from office space into 16 residential units, a conversion that was relatively uncommon at the time.
