Place de Ville Tower C is the third and tallest tower constructed in the Place de Ville complex, from the date of its construction until 2019, it was the tallest building in Ottawa. Tower C stands at 112 metres tall with 29 storeys of office space, making it Ottawa’s tallest office building. Place de Ville Tower C sits one block over from the earlier Towers A and B, and shares its site with the Marriott Hotel and the Podium Building.
The design is similar to the other towers, however instead of black spandrel panels between glazing, Tower C uses a light brown colour, which is also featured on the corners of the building. Despite the colour change, Tower C maintains the same I-beam clad facade elements as the other towers. Tower C is connected below grade to the rest of the complex, and a courtyard shares the space between Tower C and the Podium Building.
