The church is a very modest structure designed by Jim Strutt with a capacity of 150. Befitting its residential context, the building is finished red brick and grey shingles over its large roof. The large roof is beneficial on both the interior and exterior as it add volume to the sanctuary while creating visibility from the surrounding streets (the building was placed in the middle of the block). Light is limited to narrow band of clerestory windows that mark the transition between the lower wide roof and the taller roof that is specific to the sanctuary.
The church is currently home to the Ottawa East Seventh Day Adventist Church.
